Sorry...

I've been a little sick the last couple of days.  I have an autoimmune disorder and sometimes it causes me to feel horrible.  I know that I have blog hoppy people to get back to, and I have comments to acknowledge, but I'm just feeling a little yucky (yes, its a technical term).

I'll be back probably tomorrow- complete (hopefully) with posts to make up for this weekend.  Until then, I hope everyone is having a great weekend.

And, btw, if you're in the So Cal area, tonight is the last night for the Harvest Crusade at the Angels stadium at 6p.m.  Lots of great music and a terrific message.  You can even watch it online (the archived ones from Friday and Saturday), so if distance is an issue, check it out.

I'll talk to you guys tomorrow!

Sorry for the absence

I feel kind of bad.  I know that I've been MIA, and while I would normally just make a joke about it, I'll be honest, I'm not in a joking mood.  As of 2 years ago, the months of June and July have been a little difficult for me mentally.  Its hard to put my mind to thinking of things to write that are lighthearted when these months are a sad reminder of a loss.  I promise that I'll be back on soon with more of an explanation, but for now, I need some time.  If you stick with me through this, you're awesome.  If not, I completely understand.

Thanks.

Hello from prison

I'm sorry I've been MIA.  For some reason, my kids seem to think that I'm supposed to take care of them- something about me giving birth and them not being old enough to fully take care of themselves.  I beg to differ- I've seen the things my kids are capable of doing- but since Child Protective Services would most likely disagree, I'm at the mercy of 3 VERY needy boys.

I'm going to try and get on tomorrow, but if for some reason you haven't heard from me in a week, please send reinforcements.  There's a chance I might be being held hostage by the little people.  When you contact the authorities, please warn them NOT to believe a WORD that comes from the heathens' mouths- the sweet words they utter are a distraction so you don't pay as much attention to their horns.

Prayers are appreciated- weapons sent via UPS to aide in my release are even more appreciated.

Talk to you all soon... I hope.
